Delaware County Solid Waste Management Facility
12.5 acres of new landfill cells and 13 acres of landfill closures for Cells 3, 4, 4E and 5. Work includes side riser leachate collection piping and pump station, piggy back cell construction using geogrid, double composite landfill designs, innovative use of tire chip drainage materials.

Capital Compost Facility
50 ton per day organic waste composting facility; utilizing in-vessel technology for food and yard waste; the first of it's kind in the northeast.
Facility includes a 100 ton per day transfer station with a transfer trailer loading bay.
